I had two clients this morning; a regular and a new guy. My regular client (let's call him 'Blue') has recently expressed his concern for my health since I don't suck cock with a condom, yet he sucks me with one. He is afraid of catching HIV, and all we do is kiss and suck, and tease his ass with the tip of my dick (with a condom on).
He is not the only guy who has expressed concern about the quantity of men I have sex with and my health. My solution is to educate those who have questions about safe sex, precautions and symptoms: stuff that I had to learn in order to stay healthy while having fun. I have even told my public health nurse about what I do with clients, and that if I wasn't a prostitute she would bring me to classrooms to teach sex education. But, alas, prostitution is not a socially accepted job. I told her I understood.
My friends have also phoned me to say, "Ronnie, my penis is burning, what do I do?"

But seriously, with the age of internet, I guess there is no real excuse not to educate themselves, but I realise that asking a friend has an added benefit of confiding to someone, and to confirm what they may already know.
