Hello everyone! I just got back from vacation in the Caribbean. I was on a Celebrity cruise on the ship named Constellation. It departed Ft Lauderdale and ports of call were St Maarten, St Lucia, St Kitts, Barbados, St Thomas USVI over 10 days. What a trip!
Unfortunately the price of internet on the cruise was ridiculous; their lowest price was $500 USD for 100 minutes on a slow connection. Needless to say I didn't check my email while on board. During that time my email box filled to capacity, and may have bounced or blocked my messages. The spam is all gone, and my email is now working.
Now I'm in diet mode from the all-you-can-eat dining on the cruise. Salads, lean meats, lots of tea and water, cardio and weight training. I only gained a pound or two, but it is fat around my waist that grew! I need to get back in shape as soon as possible, since my next vacation is on the 9th of February to Cuba for only 7 days. I know I will lose weight, since the cuban food doesn't really inspire me.
I haven't started working yet, but this weekend's schedule is half full with appointments. Today I need to get my dogs from the sitter's place, and my friend will bring home my turtle. Back to reality!
