What a fun weekend! As expected, no clients have showed up, but the open invitation was worth the try. My friends have brought other friends, and the party was up in no time until 3am. I have invited them all for the 31st for New Years Eve. I really enjoyed entertaining a large group of people, and mixing drinks was really fun. I did get a hangover, and many others too, but getting drunk was something I wanted to do.
The open invitation is still open for my next party, so those who are thinking about it have some time. I do ask that everybody be themselves, keep it real, and leave the 'fake' real world behind. We talked about so many things, and the crowd was diverse enough that everyone was talking. For those who are scared to mingle, just listen and observe. That is fun too!
For my first party, I am quite satisfied. There certainly will be more to follow!
