Delaying Orgasm for more control

In a recent email, a potential client has asked me about lasting longer sexually. Here is my response:

Delaying orgasm involves timing, understanding the pleasurable sensations coursing through your body, and the desire to control when you want to cum. The basic idea is to stop stimulation before going over, and to allow your excitement to go up and down like a roller coaster many times before you decide to finish. This takes lots of practice, and the next time you decide to jack off, ask yourself this: should I train sexually or just cum?

Having a goal of 10 minutes or longer is easily achieved if you pace yourself with the stimulation, allowing your erection to 'free fall', which means taking your hands off and letting it flop without touching it. When you are back in control, start again until you get close, then free fall again. This is actually fun for me to do on myself and others, because I know that when I finally go all the way it will be well worth the trouble!

Showing control over your own body also adds an attractive element when with another person, since it implies that you want to prolong your fun with your partner. An important thing to remember is that you ejaculate when you want to, not to always have marathon sex.
