I love facebook. To those who don't already know what facebook is, it is an excellent website to connect with friends and family. You can share email, text chat, share media and broadcast anything to whomever you want. But when it comes to work, it can be an issue.
Most people I know on Facebook.com are family and friends. To keep things separate, I have removed all my clients from my 'friends list', since any of my friends can research my 'friends list' (which would include clients) and vice versa. There are things I like to share, but I feel that business and pleasure should not mix, at least on Facebook.
I hope you all understand, and no offense is intended to those I have removed.
Other than that, life has been good. Work is steady, and I have expanded my services to include doggy day care, since I already have dogs and taking care of a few more during the day would be both fun and profitable. My ads will be appearing in the next Fugues.
My vacation to see my family in Winnipeg was a success! I had so much fun with my family and friends, I missed it so much. I plan on going again next year, where I will be the MC for my cousin's wedding reception, of about 500 people. Wish me luck!
