Yesterday I received payment via paypal for an online consultation. In a nutshell, the client had read a previous post on andropause and he needed information on finding a specialist within his area. I found doctors and resources to get him well on his way to male hormone replacement therapy.
You can probably tell that I enjoy researching, writing and helping people. Finding information is fun, but the big motivation to prioritize the search was the fact he paid me in advanced. I provided route maps from his zip code to the clinics, as well as access to a national andropause awaremess network in the USA. Since doctors listen for keywords on the psychological aspect of andropause, I mentioned to list various complains such as lowered libido (even though he thinks it is normal). There is no need for false bravado, as saying that everything is fine is a common lie men tell their doctors although struggling with maintaining erections at times.
Dig deep down, find real concerns as you age, and tell the doctor the truth (or ask your partner for observations). Loss of sexual vitality affects your sexual partners as well, so it is in everyone's best interest to stay in top hormonal shape if you want to continue with a healthy sexual relationship.
Although I am not a doctor nor a psychologist, I do consider myself a researcher. So any questions you may have I consider it a personal challenge to find answers for you. Of course, being a paid consultant is what I consider a dream job!
Gay escort in Montreal, Quebec, CANADA. These are some of my thoughts pertaining to my work as an escort and the interesting clients that visit me. By sharing my observations, people will understand why prostitution is the oldest profession of mankind, in a variety of forms.
Welcome to my Escort Blog
After escorting more than a decade full-time as a single means of employement, I have so many things to share about my experiences. It is not everybody who personally knows an escort, and maybe never thought that they are more than just a person who gets paid for 'services'. I love writing, so naturally I write about what I know best: my work. Since I don't have any co-workers to chat with, I will let you all inside my little head.
Enjoy, and do not hesitate to contact me!

Andropause and Bio-T Blood screening
As many of my friends are over the age of 45, I find myself concerned about their sexual health as they enter this phase of their lives. Natural production of testosterone declines after a certain age, and there are symptoms associated with it. I found a very nice Canadian website called andropause.ca that not only helps men understand what it is and what the treatment options are, but it addresses the issue that most doctors are not familiar with this condition, including your family doctor. There is a list (by province) of doctors who specialize in andropause.
I mentioned andropause to a few clients (over age 65) who have complained about weak erections and lowered libido, a few symptoms of the condition. They mentioned it to their (female) doctor, who discounted the possibility without doing a blood test that measures the bio-available testosterone in the sample. I felt sad and compelled to provide an outside source of information and a list of sympathetic doctors (at least to my Canadian friends).
Men that I know who are on supplemental testosterone have more energy, more life, and enjoy more their visits with me. When sex hormones are balanced these guys feel better than normal, and fatigue never seems to get to them like it did before supplementation. They don't accumulate body fat as fast as before, and their dicks get as hard as a rock like it did before. Erection drugs like Viagra and cialis work better, and that aspect makes sexual activity less worrisome.
Worrying about getting erections remove the mental energy that is needed for letting go and having fun. But with preparation and participation in adjusting to the natural changes that occur to everyone that ages, sex can get better than you remember because of the appreciation factor.
You can fully appreciate something when it is gone, and when you get it back after some effort, you will never let it slip away again. Sex is something joyful that we must never lose touch with. But when sex does leave a person's life, people around you can tell. You should witness the subtle transformation my friends undergo when they leave my apartment. Simply put, it's a good feeling for everyone!
